Return & Exchange Policy – Zyra Drip
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
For damaged items, an opening video of the package is required as evidence.
Returns
A ₹115 return shipping deduction applies to all returns (including reverse pickup).
Refunds are initiated after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
Processing time: 6–14 business days depending on courier and location.
A tracking link will be provided after pickup.
COD charges are non-refundable.
iPhone covers: Returns are accepted for all iPhone covers.If the wrong iPhone model is delivered, it must be unopened to be eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchange is allowed only for size issues, subject to availability.
If the required size is unavailable, you may:
Wait for restock, or
Receive a full refund without any extra fee.
Exchange Fees
A flat ₹95 exchange fee applies to all items (size only; subject to availability).
If a prepaid order is refused or cancelled at delivery, a ₹115 deduction applies.
Return / Exchange Process
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed.
Note: Courier delays may occur due to weather or logistics.
Order Cancellations
Before packing/processing: Full refund.
After packing/processing: ₹115 deduction applies.
Pre-order or out-of-stock items: No cancellation fees.
After dispatch: You must raise a return request.
Exchange Policy for Damaged or Wrong Items
If a damaged or incorrect item is received, it will be exchanged free of cost for the same product.
If the same item is unavailable, you may receive a refund or choose an alternative product.
Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery via email or chat support.
The pickup or exchange window is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
For damaged items, an opening video of the package is required as proof.
For wrong iPhone models, the product must be unopened to be eligible for exchange or return.
Return & Replacement Process
No refund will be issued if the damaged or incorrect item is not returned.
Once the damaged item is picked up, the replacement item will be dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery time: Approximately 2–7 days.
The returned item must be the same product that was originally delivered.
