Returns
- A ₹115 deduction will apply for all returns, including reverse pickup
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse
- The return process typically takes 6 to 9 days after a successful pickup from your location
- A tracking link will be shared to monitor the return package status
Exchanges
- If a pre-paid order is cancelled at the time of delivery, reverse shipping charges of ₹115 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange is available for sizing issues
- Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size and article
- If the item is not available in stock, the customer may either wait or opt for a refund
- If the customer chooses not to wait, a refund will be processed with a ₹115 deduction
Refunds
- ₹115 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse
Return & Exchange Process
- Return or Exchange request can be generated via chat option with customer support on the website
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase
- ₹45 are charged for exchanges for the return shipping and shipping of new item.
- Exchanges are subject to item availability at the store. If the requested item is not available, customers may choose to wait until it is back in stock or opt for a full refund, which will be processed immediately after the return pickup is completed.

- The pickup is done by courier companies and can be effected and be delayed in case of overload or natural disasters, which might effect the overall timing. A tracking link is shared to track the return package status.
Order Cancellation
- Before processing and packing, you will receive a full refund.
- After processing and packing, ₹115 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For pre-order or out-of-stock items, no cancellation fees apply
- After dispatch, returns must be requested immediately
