Returns
- A ₹115 deduction will apply for all returns, including reverse pickup
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse
- The return process typically takes 6 to 9 days after a successful pickup from your location
- A tracking link will be shared to monitor the return package status
Exchanges
Free exchange is available for sizing issues
- Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size and article
- If the item is not available in stock, the customer may either wait or opt for a refund
- If the customer chooses not to wait, a refund will be processed with a ₹115 deduction
Refunds
- ₹115 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse
Return & Exchange Process

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase

- Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of warehouse inspection
- Total transit time may range from 6 to 12 days depending on pickup location
- A tracking link will be shared via email for all returns
Order Cancellation
- Before processing and packing, you will receive a full refund or store credit
- After processing and packing, a full credit note or refund will be given with a 10 percent restocking fee
- For pre-order or out-of-stock items, no cancellation fees apply
- After dispatch, returns must be requested immediately
